Shabaaz shaikh is an Indian born and working Entrepreneur, and Business Consultant. Over past 4 years, he has worked in a wide variety of professional capacities in both the private and public sector. He has also worked in many projects and consulting apart from his specialised areas.He dreams of Gesa Group to be a genuine partner to organisations and government in making safe spaces for people. He is graduated in Science. Simultaneously completed Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE and Post HSC Diploma in Fire Service Engineering (FR), along with enough international certifications like NEBOSH(IGC, HSW, HSL), IOSH MS, Civil Defence(Fire Fighting, Bomb safety), CIEH(Fire Safety, Risk Assessment), Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) Safety, Heart saver® First Aid with CPR Certified by American Heart Association (AHA), Scaffolding Competent Inspector(STI)-USA, ISO 45001.
Along with the studies, Shabaaz joined L&T as a Safety Steward and then started a career in safety department. A Few years of experience as a HSE Officer and system security engineer in different industries which have helped me in understanding the ground reality, its distinct nuances concerning diverse sectors, its responses when exposed to various organisation cultures. The industries include Construction, Consumer Goods & Steel Manufacturing, Customs-Airport, and Safety & Security Agency. He is also a member of Civil Defence Disaster management. He likes to travel and interact with people from different backgrounds. To me, these are opportunities to learn from communities, and benefit each other.
Shabaaz runs many firms like Geotic Environment Safety and Security Alliance (Gesa) Private Limited, GESA Institute of Management & Technical Studies (GIMTS), Gesa East Engineering & Contracting Co. (Bahrain)-Gesa Offshore Engineering and Construction Private Limited(India); as well as having a varied interest in a number of diversified business ventures and start-ups across India and the Middle East.
Away from the business world, Shabaaz is the founding patron and chairman of the Gesa Foundation; an organisation dedicated to education, society development, serve humanity, save environment, disaster management, cultural dialogue etc.

Mr. Faiyaz Abdul Aziz Popere is a Board Member Of Eastern Gesa Group Of Companies And Director of Geotic Environment Safety And Security Alliance ( Gesa ) Private Limited .
He has more than 30 years’ experience in maintenance and operation engineering with many industries like engineering, manufacturing etc. He has also been responsible for managing his businesses all over the country.
Under Eastern group and GESA Limited ,Mr. Faiyaz will be looking to all GCC countries as well as whole India.
His breath of expertise covers functional responsibility for his designation what he has achieved from his hard work and he is possesses highly developed skill and a proven record of accomplishment in the management of risk to people, property, and in providing expert assistance for a variety of industries.

I have spent a significant amount of my professional life training people in fire & safety, and security, in different organizations. One of the critical achievements that I can count on is being able to provide professionally trained security staff of different levels for various industries.
I am an instinctive disciplinarian. Along with practicing and advocating self-discipline, I believe in being a student and look for opportunities to learn from individuals and situations around me. I am passionate about adventure sports like rappelling, rifle shooting, rock climbing, bungee jumping, among others. I freelance as a Camp Instructor cum Trainer to feed my quest for playing these sports. It keeps me alive, it has shaped my personality, made me courageous and confident.
My exposure as an NCC cadet developed my interest in serving the nation, be it in a minor capacity. This enthusiasm brought me to join Civil Defence (Government of Maharashtra) in the year 2002. Currently, I am actively involved and work in the capacity of a Deputy Division Warden. My stints here made me learn to respond to emergency situations to minimize its effect/damage. One of the reasons to be with GESA is to be able to provide best security solutions, thereby remain close to the purpose of serving the nation.

Ms Dt. SAIMA SHAIKH in Mumbai, India with a master’s degree in nutrition and Dietetics from SNDT women’s University. She is a Nutrition Expertise to help people make unique & positive lifestyle changes, she works throughout the community in Hospitals ,Schools, Public Health Clinics, Fitness centers, Food Management , Food Industry, Hospitality, Universities, Research and Private Practices
Dt. SAIMA SHAIKH is a person who loves playing with different ingredients & carving them into a lip smacking yet a healthy dish! Her hobbies and interest of experimenting on ingredients made her pursue graduation in Food Science & Nutrition. During these 3 years of graduation, she realized that food can do more lot to our body than just providing satiety & satisfaction.
She went on building up interest in area of clinical nutrition & also interned at King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, where she has counselled patients with cardiac conditions, diabetes, kidney dysfunctions, tuberculosis etc. and at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel Mumbai Dt. SAIMA got hands on experience in dealing with nutrition for cancer patients. Presently she is working with Dr.Janak Nathan (Neurologist), where she works in nutrition consultation for Para-supra nuclear palsy, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, autism and she also joined as a consultant with Geotic Environment Safety and Security Alliance Pvt. Ltd.
She also plans Ketogenic diets for epileptic & cancer patients. I strongly believe that “Nutrition begins right in womb & continues till the tomb”
